: The study involved the collection of survey data from human participants, specifically civil servants in key ministries related to agrivoltaics. All participants were fully informed about the purpose of the study and their rights, including the option to decline participation or withdraw at any point without penalty. Informed consent was obtained prior to participation, and all relevant ethical protocols were strictly observed to ensure confidentiality, voluntary participation, and the protection of participants’ rights. All the data collected were anonymized and the findings were reported in aggregate to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Accordingly, ethical approval for the study was made at the state ministry level, through and with the assistance of Permanent Secretaries, while for the federal ministries, such approval was made through the Governing Council, to adhere to the institutional guidelines on research involving human participants and public institutions.
