: All of the animals were housed in accordance with EU (European Directive 2008/120/EC) and German law (Animal Protection Law, Animal Protection Livestock Regulation (Tierschutzgesetz, Tierschutz-Nutztierhaltungsverordnung)). In compliance with European Directive 2010/63/EC Article 1 5. (f), the present study did not imply any invasive procedure or treatment to the animals.
