: The study was approved by the Chinese Ethics Committee of Registering Clinical Trials (ChiECRCT-20150034), West China Hospital, Sichuan University, 37 Guoxuexiang, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. All research was in compliance with the Helsinki Declarations and the Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care. Informed written consent was obtained by a recruiting doctor based on the wards whereby sufficient mental capacity (based on clinical judgement) and understanding of anonymity and the inclusion of their data was ensured.
