Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was discussed with the Foundation Programme Director at the trust and was not deemed necessary for this initial preliminary study given the quality improvement project framework and limited scope; however, a larger formal study will likely require ethical approval. The study has been reported in keeping with the RE-AIM framework for feasibility studies and complies with the SQUIRE guidelines for reporting quality improvement work []. Informed consent was gained from all participants through written information included on the front of any questionnaires. No changes were made to the reported method after the study commenced.
