Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ethics review committees of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and the African Medical Research Foundation (AMREF) approved the DURE study, and this pilot falls within the scope of that trial. Informed written consent was obtained at the cluster level, while informed verbal consent was obtained at the individual level.
