Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The research protocol was submitted and obtained ethics approval from the national ethics review committees of Burkina Faso (reference number 2017-4-043) and Côte d’Ivoire (161-18/MSHP/CNE SVS-Kp). It was also approved by the ethics review committee of the WHO (protocol ID ERC.0002951). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants in the study. Data were collected, managed, and analyzed in a way to ensure the confidentiality of study participants.
