: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Cape Town’s Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC reference No. 653/2018) and Bahir Dar University College of Medicine and Health Sciences’ Ethics Committee (reference No. 007/2018). A permission letter was obtained from the Amhara Public Health Institute. All study participants provided written informed consent. Illiterate participants signed using a fingerprint after a witness read the written informed consent for them. Each study participant received transportation fees to attend group sessions.
