: The study protocol has been approved from the Ministry of Health Research and Ethics Committee of Lesotho (ID 220-2019). During recruitment, informed verbal and written consent was obtained from each individual. Study participation was voluntary, and each participant was informed about the right to withdraw at any time, without giving reasons and without any repercussion on medical support, treatment, or whatsoever. In case of withdrawal, exclusively data collected until the time of withdrawal was used for research purposes. Study information and consent form was provided in the local language, Sesotho, and the participant received a copy of the consent form. Illiterate participants were provided a thumb print and a witness for co-signing the form. Data were collected strictly respecting confidentiality.
