: We obtained an ethical clearance to conduct this study through the College of Medicine Research and ethical Committee (COMREC No. P.08/18/2454; October 24, 2018). Authorization to conduct this study from Mangochi District Council through Mangochi District Health Research Committee of the Mangochi district prior the local IRB. All participants gave an informed consent following a full explanation of the aim of the study the process of the study, advantages, disadvantages, potential risks/benefits of taking part, and their freedom to withdraw from the study as participant at any stage of the study, without any penalty. We anonymized all findings at all stages of the study and we kept confidential all information sources by removing all participant’s identifiers and keeping data in a locked cabinet. We present the quotes which illustrates the results after removing the names using a code comprising used data collection mean, type of participant and participant’s order number.
