Declarations
:
: The project will adhere to the ethical principles of the Helsinki Declaration []. For the two studies in phase 1, the Swedish Ethical Review Authority has issued an advisory statement that the authority has no ethical objections to the studies (reference no. 2020-05693). Because no intervention is involved in these studies, and no sensitive personal data are collected, ethics review is not required according to the Swedish Ethical Review Act (SFS 2003:460). Ethical approval for study 3 has been obtained (reference no. 2021-03632 and 2021-06810-02). Ethical approval for study 4 will be sought. All participants will be informed that their participation is voluntary, and that they can withdraw at any time without further care being affected. They will be required to provide informed written consent. Any important protocol modifications will be reported for approval to the Swedish Ethical Review Authority, and the trial registration will be amended.
