: This trial has been approved by the King’s College London Research Ethics Office (KCL Ethics Ref: HR-20/21–19659). Any protocol amendments will be submitted to the King’s College London Research Ethics Office for approval. Written informed consent will be obtained by researchers from all participants and deliverers involved in the study. Biological samples will be handled according to HTA regulations. All data will be handled in line with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
