: This study is recruiting high school teachers from two regions in Michigan. Before participation, teachers will be randomized into two groups: REP and Enhanced REP. The current study was approved Expedited Review Category 7 by the Wayne State University Institutional Review Board, IRB-20-10-2821. The study was registered on ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT04752189, , February 12, 2021. We obtain teacher consent prior to participation in the survey and semi-structured interviews using an online consent form. Parental opt-out consent and student assent will be obtained before student participation in the survey. Electronic data files will be password-protected and stored on a secure server through the institution with restricted access. Consent forms will be stored separately because they contain identifying information. Qualitative data will be transcribed using a HIPAA-compliant transcription service. The proposed research will include a data safety and monitoring board (DSMB) comprised of individuals who are not affiliated with the project and have expertise and experience with data safety and monitoring and human subjects research.
