: This study has been approved by the Moi University/Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital Institutional Research and Ethics Committee (IREC Approval # 0003054) and Brown University (IAA #18-90). For the feasibility research described in this paper, verbal informed consent was obtained from each leader of identified microfinance groups. Solely aggregate, group level data were collected and entered into REDCap® for analysis. The feasibility research presented in this paper was conducted in preparation for the <i>Harambee</i> cluster randomized trial, which is registered in (NCT04417127; Registered June 2020 at ) and will be conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and Good Clinical Practice.
