: The trial has ethical approval from King’s College London (RESCM-22/23-27152; HR/DP-22/23-33427) and the Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC) Ethics Committees (Ref no. 3088). Any changes to this protocol will be communicated to the Research Ethics Committees and trial steering committee.We will obtain informed consent from participants in the surveys and sports coaching.
