: Ethical approval has been provided by the National University of Singapore Institutional Review Board (Ref: NUS-IRB-2021-640). Approval was also obtained from the Ministry of Education for the recruitment and collection of data in primary schools in Singapore (Ref: RP29-21 [CitationRef removed]). Permission was obtained from schools for the recruitment of their staff and students’ participation. As the intervention was conducted as part of the school curriculum, informed consent was not obtained from students for their participation. However, informed parental consent was obtained for students’ data to be collected and used in the research. Consent from teachers and parents was also obtained for their participation in the study.
