: Ethical approval was obtained from the Royal Women’s Hospital Research Committee and Human Research Ethics Committee (Project no: 16/24, approved 21st September 2016) and the La Trobe University Ethics Committee (Project no: 16/24, approved 16th of November 2016). Eligible women were approached by a study midwife, provided with an explanation and a written plain language statement about the study. Women were offered the opportunity to go away and consider participation if they wished. For those who decided to participate, written signed consent was obtained.
