: The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of the College of Health Sciences of Addis Ababa University (Reference Number 043/17/Psy). Written informed consent was obtained from participants who could read and write. For non-literate participants (n = 4), the research field workers read the information sheet in front of a witness who confirmed that full and accurate information had been read out verbatim. They then indicated consent with a fingerprint.
