: Ethical approval for this trial has been obtained from the institutional review board, ‘Biosafety, Biosecurity & Ethical Committee’ of Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh [Ref No: BBEC, JU/M 2024/02 (82)], securing research and ethical permission in the host country. Furthermore, international ethics approval has been obtained from University College London, with the UCL Research Ethics Committee Approval ID Number 22645/004. Additionally, this pilot trial will adhere to the highest ethical standards and governance practices to ensure the rights, safety, and well-being of all participants. Participants and parents/guardians will receive clear trial information, including its nature, purpose, and procedures. Both participant and parental information sheets and consent forms will be distributed in hardcopy or electronically (depending on school preference), emphasizing voluntary participation and withdrawal rights. If parental consent is provided, students will still need to provide additional written consent prior to the baseline assessment. Confidentiality and privacy will be strictly maintained, detailing how participant data will be anonymized and securely stored.
