: Institutional ethics approval for this study was obtained from East Carolina University’s University & Medical Center Institutional Review Board #UMCIRB 23-001795, and the trial has been prospectively registered (NCT06420193). Informed consent will be obtained from all participants involved in the study via REDCap.
