: Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) will act as the research sponsor, and we have obtained multi-site ethical approval from the LJMU ethics committee during the preparation phase (24/PHI/008). Consent procedures are described in the ‘Participant recruitment, eligibility criteria, and sampling’ section of this manuscript.
