: Permission to collect, store, and process data was approved by the Region of Southern Denmark (Journal No 22/39454), and the study is registered on ClinicalTrials.gov (NCT05613439) by Christoffer Jørgensen on January 9th, 2022, 9 months prior to patient enrollment. According to the Danish National Ethics Committee, the study did not need approval by the Ethics Committee, as it was a non-interventional observational study. All patients provided written informed consent regarding the completion of questionnaires and data extraction from medical records.
