: This study has received approval from the Health Research Authority (HRA) and London—Harrow Research Ethics Committee (Reference: 24/LO/0123) and will be conducted in full conformity with relevant regulations and with the UK Policy Framework for Health and Social Care Research (2017), which have their basis in the Declaration of Helsinki. Eligible patients will receive both written and oral study information before signing an informed consent form. Participants who lack mental capacity to provide consent will be enrolled via a personal or professional consultee who is able to provide favourable advice on the views and wishes of the person living with dementia or mild cognitive impairment, in relation to their participation.
