: The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki [ ]. The study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee (MEC-2019–0163) of the Erasmus MC University Medical Center, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and by the Ethical Committee of the mental health institution where the study took place. All patients received an information letter and a consent form and could decide within two weeks whether to participate in the study. They could withdraw from the study at any time, for any reason, without consequences. The primary practitioners could withdraw a client from the study for urgent medical reasons. If patients withdrew themselves or were withdrawn from the study, data were not used and were destroyed.
