This method was approved by the ethics committee of the Addis Continental Institute of Public Health Institutional Ethical Review Board (ACIPH/IRB/006/2021) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on 16 June 2021, and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Institutional Review Board (IRB 14448/284) in Baltimore, MD, USA on 10 September 2021. Participants were informed that their participation was voluntary and that they were free to skip any questions they did not wish to answer or withdraw from the study at any time.
Consent for publication: Not applicable.
Competing interests: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest. Participation in the study did not preclude authorship.
