Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical approval and support letter were obtained from Jimma University, Institute of health and Jimma health office before data collection process started. All the study participants were informed about the purpose of the study, importance of their participation and informed consent was obtained. Also, the study subjects were informed their right to skip question or questions that they don’t want to answer fully or partly and also to stop the interviewing process at any time if they want to do so.
