Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Approval to conduct this study was obtained from the Morehouse School of Medicine Institutional Review Board (IRB #: 978926–3).
: Patients were provided a cover letter describing the purpose of the study, clearly stating that participation was voluntary, and that the decision would have no impact on their medical care. No identifiable information was documented. Based on this protocol, a HIPAA Waiver for written informed consent was accepted as a part of our IRB approval.
