Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Wollega University Research Ethics review committee to conduct the study. In addition, permission was obtained from the East wollega zone health Department and manager of the hospital. Confidentiality was secured by training data collectors not to record identifiers of the client and disseminate any information obtained from clients. Also, informed written consent was obtained from study respondents before the start of data collection.
