Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from institutional review board of Addis Ababa University, college of health sciences, School of Nursing and Midwifery research committee. Support letter from School of Nursing and Midwifery were written to all selected hospitals and Addis Ababa city administration Health Bureau.After information was provided about purpose of the study, non-invasiveness of the data collection procedure, confidentiality of the information and all the participants were reassured. Then, after obtaining informed consent from every participant, the data collectors were continued with giving due respect to the norms, values, beliefs, culture, and ensured confidentiality of clients information.
