: Ethical clearance was obtained from the research ethics institutional review board Institute of health sciences, Wollega University. Official letter of support was obtained from Kondala district administration to kebele administration. The purposes of the study were explained and written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Respondents were not being identified by name in the questionnaire. Participant not willing to take part in the study was given full right not to participate. The data from the case records and interview was handled with strong confidentiality. Neither the case records nor the data extracted were used for any other purpose.
