: This study used secondary data analysis of EDHS parts from the demographic health survey repository which is publically available, approval was sought to measure DHS/ICF. The Survey Program team allowed us to access the data upon sending an abstract of our study to an online request from ExternalRef removed. All methods were carried out by the relevant guidelines and regulations of the declaration of Helsinki and Woldia University to do this research by writing a letter with refill number RCS.
