: Permission was obtained from the Health Administration of all the facilities and their various heads of departments before the study. Written consent was sought from the study participants after an informed consent form was read and explained to them. They were informed of their rights to discontinue at any time. They were also guaranteed confidentiality and privacy. This study was conducted according to the guidelines laid down in the Declaration of Helsinki and all procedures involving study respondents were approved by the Institutional Ethics Review Board of the University for Development Studies (UDS/RB/018/24).
