: The Health Research Ethics Committee of Kano (HREC) State Ministry of Health granted ethics approval under the approval number MOH/Off/797/T.I/1282. We obtained informed consent from each participant before they participated in the study. We maintained participants’ confidentiality by using code numbers instead of personal identifiers on the questionnaires. The aims of the study were explained to each participant before filling out the questionnaire. All measures were performed, following all relevant guidelines and regulations.
