: This study was approved by the Makerere University School of Public Health Research and Ethics Committee (Ref: SPH-2021-146) and the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology (Ref: HS1826ES). All procedures were conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Administrative clearance was obtained from the leadership of Jinja City and Iganga Municipality prior to data collection. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
