Ethics approval and consent to participate
: SG presented the basic study proposal to Nightingale Hospital Ethics Committee Kolkata, India headed by Prof. Sukumar Mukherjee.After acquiring clearance the study was initiated.
: Prior to study initiation BS designed a patient data sharing consent form. Both the investigators shared it.All the patients gave their informed consent by signing on this document.
