: Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the Hospital Research Ethics Review Committee of Wachemo University Nigest Eleni Mohammed Memorial Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, with approval number CHSMERC/16/16. Full approval was given on 23 June 2024. The study procedure complied with national and international ethical standards. Written informed consent was obtained from the subjects before the data were collected. The purpose of the study, their right to withdraw from the study at any time, and the confidentiality of the information were imparted to the participants. Consent was also obtained from the respondents for the publication of anonymized clinical data. Personal identifiers were removed from the data to ensure the privacy of the respondents.

: All participants provided written informed consent prior to their involvement in the study. They were informed of the study’s objectives, procedures, potential risks, and their right to withdraw at any time. Additionally, consent was obtained for the publication of anonymized clinical data.
