: The study received ethical approval from the Adıyaman University Faculty of Medicine Non-Interventional Clinical Research Ethics Committee (Approval No: 2025/3–19), granted at the committee’s 3rd meeting on 18/03/2025. Given the retrospective design, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the ethics committee. This retrospective study was conducted with the approval of the hospital administration and the institutional ethics committee, authorizing the use of patient medical records for analysis. All procedures were performed in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki.
