Ethics approval and consent to participate: Prior to the research, participants were informed about the purpose, procedures, potential risks, and benefits of this study and required to sign an informed consent form. The authors have received primary ethical approval to implement this study from the Ethics Committee of Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia. The approval was granted on the 9th of February 2024, and the approval form number is UKF/74/2024/191013:003. Local coordination procedures were followed in each setting. The collaborating university partners confirmed that internal ethical review was not required for anonymous, non‑interventional survey studies of this type; however, institutional permission to recruit students and administer the instruments was obtained in accordance with local regulations. All researchers adhered to the ethical standards of their respective institutions throughout data collection. To ensure participant confidentiality, all collected data were anonymised by removing personally identifiable information and using non-identifiable codes during data analysis and reporting. The research was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
