Ethics approval and consent to participate

: A retrospective observational study was designed. The Clinical Research Ethics Committee of the Consorcio Hospitalario Provincial de Castellón (Spain) approved the study on 1 June 2016. As the information collected in the study was pooled data, it was not applicable to obtain individual informed consent from patients for whom the clinical histories were reviewed.The study was carried out in accordance with the Good Epidemiology Practice guidelines of the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology. Likewise, the study was conducted according to the basic ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, where applicable.
