Ethics approval and consent to participate
: A retrospective observational study was designed. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Universitario Ramón y Cajal (Madrid, Spain) on December 11, 2015. The written informed consent was obtained from all the patients.The study was carried out in accordance with the Good Epidemiology Practice guidelines of the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology. Likewise, the study was conducted according to the basic ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki, where applicable.
