Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study does not belong under the jurisdiction of the Danish Health Research Act and was therefore exempted from approval. All participants in the shared working group were informed orally and in writing about the study and all provided a written consent. Ethics approval was granted for the randomized controlled trial (registered at : NCT03100981) of I-MBCT from the The Central Denmark Region Committees on Health Research Ethics (registration number: 1–10–72-16-16).
