: Prior to conducting interviews, this project was reviewed by the UT Health San Antonio Institutional Review Board (IRB) and determined to be non-regulated research (HSC20200470N). Due to the minimal risk of harm to participants, verbal consent was allowed by the IRB. All participants were provided a detailed information sheet containing information regarding the study’s purpose, who is asked to participate, the voluntary nature of participation, interview procedures and data management, costs and compensation, risks and benefits to participation, privacy and confidentiality, and contact information for the study team and IRB. The information sheet was read aloud upon invitation to participate and again prior to starting the interviews.
