: Neither the global qualitative study nor the patient council–led analysis was an investigation of clinical outcomes with any intervention. The global qualitative study adhered to local market research guidelines in the countries included and was conducted in accordance with EphMRA Code of Conduct. Therefore, neither ethics committee approval nor clinical trial registration was required. The patients who participated in the qualitative research study were fully informed of the purpose of research, provided consent to participate and agreed for their data to be published.
