: The study with advisory group members was approved by the Research Ethics Board at the University of Alberta as an amendment to the larger anti-ageism study, Certificate # Pro00110159, in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. It was also conveyed to the advisory group members that participation in the interviews was entirely voluntary and went beyond their initial agreement to join the group.
