: Pegcetacoplan (SYFOVRE), the first FDA-approved therapy for dry AMD supplied only in vial format, requires careful syringe selection due to its high viscosity. In this study, stability was preserved across syringe types, but injectability and particulate burden varied. Ophthalmic-specific syringes, especially Zero Residual and StaClear, outperformed conventional syringes, supporting safer, more efficient intravitreal delivery.
