: Qi Lu graduated from Nanjing University with master degree in Higher Education and got B.Sc. in Science Education in Southeast University. She now works in Medical School, Nanjing University, China. She has won an outstanding paper award in the Fourth International Conference of East-Asian Association for Science Education.Hongshia Zhang graduated from Nanjing University with B.Sc. in Physical Geography and M.Sc. in Oceanography, and from the University of Southampton in the UK with Ph.D. in Education, is now working in the Institute of Education, Nanjing University, China. She is the member of General Education Committee and International Students Education Committee in this university. Prof. Zhang is also the committee member of the Chinese Society of Higher Education and the standing committee member of the Chinese Society of Science Education. Her present academic specialty covers broad areas of higher education research, comparative education, science education, educational philosophy, and research methods. She has published more than a hundred referred papers in domestic and international journals including Higher Education Policy and International Journal of Science Education.Bing Wei is associate professor and programme coordinator of Graduate Programmes Faculty of Education, University of Macau. His research interests are science curriculum development, integrated science curriculum, science teacher development and history and philosophy of science and science teaching.
