Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance letters were collected from Wollo University research and community service directorate and Dessie and Combolcha town administrative offices to care for both the study participants and the researchers. The official letter was written for each sub-city where the data collection was targeted, and informed verbal consent has been obtained from each client and confidentiality has been maintained by giving codes for respondents rather than recording their names. Study participants were informed that they had full right to discontinue or refuse to participate in providing data. Therefore, all participants of the research including survey households, case studies, enumerators, the supervisors, and key informants were fully informed about the objectives of the study. They were approached in friendly and free moods.
: The authors declared that they have no conflict of interest.
