: Ethical approval was obtained from Woldia University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Ethical Review Committee (ERC) (Ref: WDU/FHSRCS/-112/2018). All the study participants were informed about the purpose of the study, their right to refuse. The participants enrolled in the study were informed about the study objectives, expected outcomes, benefits and the risks associated with it.
