: This study was conducted according to the guidelines listed in the Declaration of Helsinki, and an ethical clearance was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of Hawassa University, College of Agriculture, with reference number IRB/086/14 E.C., scrutinizing all the necessary ethical considerations. A permission letter was obtained from Hawassa University, College of Agriculture, School of Nutrition, and submitted to the Tullla District Administration and health offices. Informed consent was obtained from the mothers. All methods were performed according to the institutional guidelines. Each study participant was adequately informed about the objective of the study and the anticipated benefits and risks of the study and told the right not to respond to the questions if they did not want to respond or to terminate the interview at any time.
