The survey tool and method are designed while keeping in mind the gender and sociocultural sensitivities and rights of the respondents, not in violation of any of them. Informed consent was obtained from all the departments and the respondents before the interviews began. If any of the respondents denied replying, the interviewer stopped there and moved to the next respondent. The interviewers explained the purpose of the interviews and ensured that all the information remained confidential and was used only for the study. The personal details of the respondents are not revealed anywhere.
