: Our study obtained ethical clearance from the Ethical Review Committee (ERC) at the Aga Khan University (ID: 2023-8608-24823). The form initially obtained informed consent, detailing the scope of the study, the right of the participant to withdraw from the study at any time and the maintenance of confidentiality of the participants. If the participant agreed to take part in the study, they were able to fill the rest of the questionnaire. To maintain the privacy of the participants, identifiers such as name were not asked. In addition, to maintain anonymity, the questionnaire did not record respondents’ names. There were no risks, immediate benefits, or incentives for participation in the survey.
